Recently, Tito’s Taqueria underwent an audit by the Department of Labor, which identified areas needing improvement. We took these findings very seriously and have since made significant changes to ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, rules, and regulations.

We have addressed the issues identified during the audit and have hired a seasoned human resource professional to oversee and support our human resources operations. This step reflects our commitment to maintaining a fair, equitable, and compliant workplace for all our employees.
